(1877-1951) Handwritten postcard from the Dutch Football Association written by Cornelis August Wilhelm Hirschman on October 14, 1905. Along with Robert Guerin, Hirschmann is the founding father of FIFA on May 21, 1904. Hirschmann was also the third (interim) president of FIFA from 1918-1921.
