(1909-1938) Postcard with the original signature of the German motorsport legend Bernd Rosemeyer from 1936, 15x10 cm. --The postcard shows the Hotel Schramm in Daun / Eifel. Bernd Rosemeyer stayed in this hotel on the occasion of the 1936 German Grand Prix at the Nürburgring. We were unable to assign the second signature to "Mrs. Schäfer", probably a companion or personal assistant to Rosemeyer. Rosemeyer was one of the most popular and successful German Grand Prix racers before World War II. He had a fatal accident on January 28, 1938 during a world speed record attempt on the Berlin AVUS race track. One of the most sought after German automobile autographs!!!! Condition: B
