(1893-1938) Birthday card with original signature from Gillis Grafström (SWE), one of the most successful figure skaters of all time. He won gold in men's figure skating at the 1920, 1924 and 1928 Olympics and silver in 1932. He became 3x world champion. Cardboard with glued-on lacquer pictures with dated "29 Sept. 1904" signature of the young Grafström (11 years), 16x12.5 cm --Grafström’s signatures are absolute rarities! He died of blood poisoning in Berlin in 1938 at the age of 45. Included is a letter from one of Grafström's great-nephews from 2021. Condition: B
