Two-page typewritten letter dated December 23, 1933 with the original signature of Theodor Lewald (1860-1947), President of the Organizing Committee for the Berlin 1936 Olympic Games and Chairman of the 1926 Olympic Committee, and Carl Diem (1882-1962), General Secretary of the Organizing Committee, he had been since January 1933 played a key role in the planning and implementation of the 1936 Olympic Games and was the main initiator of the torch relays before the start of the Olympic Games, on one of the first official letterheads of the OK for the Berlin 1936 Olympic Games (Olympic bell in blind embossing). 29.5x21cm. --Both signatures in black ink!
